Project Description

Supporting the developer, housing association and Greater London Authority, Brand Consulting have provided structural and civil engineering services for the proposed regeneration at Beam Park, Dagenham, through feasibility, planning and detailed design stages.

Based at a former Ford Dagenham site, this challenging brown field site, located within Flood Zone 3, will be regenerated to form a new community which will include 3000 new homes, a new railway station, two new schools, medical centre, commercial and leisure facilities and public space, which includes a new three hectare park in the centre of the development, which will provides the necessary flood alleviation.
