Project Description

The Grahame Park urban regeneration scheme on covers an existing estate of some 1,780 dwellings in Colindale, and proposes to create a new and improved environment with a projected total, over an 8-10 year phased period, of some 3,000 residential units. Brand Consulting Engineers Ltd. are appointed as infrastructure Engineers to provide Civil and Structural technical design (mutually through the Master Planning and Outline Planning consent stages) to achieve delivery of the masterplan.
