The 0.6 hectare Highmead development has provided 120 new homes, of which 38 per cent will be affordable, together with 1,092 sqm of commercial space and a 140 sqm community building. Brand Consulting Engineers Ltd. have provided both Structural and Civil Engineers design services for the development which has included RC frames, which have integrated green roofs as part of an overall SuDs network for the development.
