Project Description

Delivering 300 residential units and commercial space in the centre of Waltham Forest, the Lea Bridge Road development is formed of three high rise towers (from 12 to 18 storeys) and two medium blocks, surrounded by a centralised garden podium with site wide basement car parking.

Integrating the Councils requirements for Waltham Forest’s Mini Holland Regeneration the development has been delivered to a coordinated BIM Level 02.
