As part of the central regeneration of Waltham Forest, the 436 residential unit redevelopment of Marlowe Road, provides a flagship, study for regeneration in London.
Working with the existing residents, to ensure the phasing and decanting process has minimal impacts, the proposed development provides medium rise apartments, housing and essential commercial and public realm space.
The design required the manipulation of existing infrastructure interwoven with new, to ensure an efficient delivery to London Plan standards, which included the integration of the Councils Mini Holland public realm movement philosophy.
