Project Description

Supporting the developer through their flagship 460 unit residential development, the former National Medical Research facility, proposed an engineering challenge of manipulating greenspace topography and existing infrastructure to ensure full access opportunities for all are achieved, while ensuring value in delivery for our Client.

Working at an early stage with Architects and Planners, the Civil and Structural Engineering teams supported the design team to ensure the principals of value were delivered throughout the development proposals, in both temporary and permeant works.
