Supporting the developer & housing association, Brand Consulting have provided structural and civil engineering services for the proposed regeneration at Rochester Riverside, through feasibility, planning and detailed design stages.

Located in the heart of Rochester historical centre, the riverside development will offer 1,400 new homes, a new community based primary school, nursery, hotels, bar and restaurant, gym, healthcare facilities and a number of retail units, together with 4 hectares of open space including a 2.5km river side walkway.

Challenges within the development, include flood Zone 03 management, ground remediation assessments and existing strategic infrastructure constraints.
